Responsible of place purchase orders with suppliers for the procurement of production material as required by forecast and the production schedule, follow and monitor status of open purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery of all materials, including timely resolution, communication and mitigation of future potential problems on time , expedite orders as required based on schedule/inventory challenges, calculation and establish optimal inventory stock levels, manage and follow the inter-company flow of materials between warehouse locations, manage engineering deviation, returns and quality problems with material, build and maintaining strong relationships with manufacturing operations, supplier, sales and planning to support the schedule and production with operational efficiency, good at quickly problem solving in any gaps, follow up deeply the data maintenance of part numbers like: vendor, lead time, MOQ, pricing update and invoicing to prevent material delays in the supply chain systematically, give accurate and timely reporting of key measurables such as cost reductions and rebates, drive for standardization and continuous improvement of planning buying processes.
