Participated in the Launch of Manager of Manger OEIC Funds, Instigating and improving operational processes which involved identifying service Level Agreements ( SLA) requirements for the Fund managers Investment Manager agreements ( IMAs)As part of the project team I was involved in change of custodian which required the transfer of assets from previous custodian reconciling the holding movements between the 2 and identifying reporting requirements from the new system for all processes.

Restructure and upgrade of the computerised Cash books and a newly formed team required re- organisation. I was instrumental in developing improvements to the controls, systems and processes of the unit which culminated in reduction of staff from 7 to 4 over a period of 4 years. Y2K project testing and implementation to existing accounts payable and cashbook and reconciliation systems.Organised team workflow implementing role rotation every 4 months.

Responsible for Daily Liquidity cash positions across RL Bank accounts, daily, monthly, annual cash flow & variance analysis reports, FX repatriation requirements. Monitored & negotiated Money Market & FX rates with authorised counterparties. Implemented a Reconciliations of investment bank accounts, interest and money market balances to the general ledger. Later assisted in the implementation of a Treasury Management system.
