Responsible for all aspects of product experience design for the Virgin Pulse platform (mobile app, web app, and proprietary devices). Served on the Product Leadership Team, guiding concept and strategy, advocating for users, and mentoring throughout the larger product team. This role involved a careful consideration of our behavior change model in concepts, features, and narrative; user research studies and communication of findings; and solution design explorations via facilitated workshops and sessions. Managed and mentored a team of 13 wonderful designers, encouraging empathy, exploration, and creative confidence.
