Serving as the central point of contact for all customer services, I lead and build a Services team of 7 internal and 12 external members in Carerix IT services, SaaS implementations, and customized solutions. I manage team schedules, project plans, and customer implementations as a project manager, ensuring quality improvement in products, services, and processes. I monitor SLAs, budgets, and attend weekly management meetings to improve and commercialize the services department. Additionally, I strategically prepare the department for internationalization and process improvement projects initiated by the CEO.

Next to being the central point of contact within the organization concerning all types of services, also being responsible for successful deliveries of the Carerix application including training en requested customizations to new and existing customers.Inventory, implementation and continuous improvement of all internal processes.

Starting up the complete planning (project roll-outs) in consultation with the client, project managers and third parties; advising clients (if needed) during the planning, implementation and evaluation phase of their projects, in emergency cases finding the quickest and best fitting solutions for clients, making various periodical management information reports, in-time signalizing bottlenecks to the management, controlling the administrative back-office part, planning of trainings, the trainers and locations, supporting the client in all planning issues.

Central point of contact for everything concerning the national and international sales department, supporting partners & customers with relationship management & maintenance, setting up and maintaining the USA and German website for the company, following up new leads, overseeing invoices, contract management, providing overviews and reports, picking up and approaching the German market.
