Collaborated with team of advocacy professionals, senior executives and functional leaders to create opportunities and leverage KP assets, care delivery excellence, physician leadership, and commitment to community health to advance advocacy agenda. Led team of lobbyists and outside consultants to promote SEIU’s federal health agenda, including reauthorization of Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) in 2006.
