My work leading a regional learning initiative sparked a big idea: could learning together (at all levels) be a powerful antidote to the disconnection of the modern workplace? That question paved the way for Reflection Point, where we cultivate human connection to help teams, across industries and hierarchies, collaborate and perform at their highest levels.
