In this role I have gained invaluable expierence as an administrator. I am responsible for the day to day smooth running of the main office. My duties include documenting all HASCP records updatening menus etc. I am responsible for training all new employee and I am at the forefront for customer service. I am responsible for all cash on the premises and all that that entails.

Responsible for the planning organisation and control of a self service section which grew from basic menu to an extensive modern bar menu. Was involved in menu planning on a weekly basis Was involved in many brainstorming sessions for the continuous progression of the area Often instigated new ideas and identified areas for improvement In this position I had to be a self starter to solve problems using my own initiative. Maintained excellent communication skills with the guests and was responsible for dealing with customer's queries and complaints.

Commenced as a check out operator I then trained to work in the cash office In this role I was responsible and accountable for all cash on the premises Maintained a record of all day to day transactions In 1985 I was promoted to staff supervisor. I was responsible for approximately 30 Cashiers. My duties included all staff training, rosters, customer service and to ensure the smooth running of the checkout area.
