Responsible for creating, implementing, and managing multiple business continuity and disaster recovery plans using business continuity management software tools. Business Continuity Manager- Conceptualized and implement Enterprise Business Continuity Management Program, including policy, standards, strategic direction, metrics, quality assurance, and training.- Rewrote policy, requirements, and process to ensure compliance with ISO 22301 for business continuity management systems.- Created Enterprise Business Continuity Methodology and related templates.Ensure regulatory and supervisory controls are in place for products and processes by acting as a point of contact for internal and external business partners.Identify opportunities and recommend solutions to mitigate current and future business risk.Provide business continuity / crisis management subject matter expertise (framework, processes, and capabilities) to business partners.
