It Quality Assurance
CurrentResponsibilities:• Generate, review, update and approved software project documentation such as: Requirements, Design Specifications, Test Plans, Test Cases and Test Scripts.• Perform software testing and system analysis of Software System.• Perform regression, integration, system, stress and performance QA testing.• Perform quality assurance review on software development process and procedures.• Perform quality monitoring on automated system process.• Define criteria and metrics for evaluating test results.• Oversee documentation and test case feedback to developers.• Responsible for compliance with federal, state and local laws, rules and regulation affecting Company.• Responsible for participating in quality assurance, compliance and in-service and continue education activities as requested by Company.• Involve in manual and automated testing of the applications, executed test cases and analyzed the test results• Perform testing on multiple browsers and platforms.• Proficient in Back-End Testing using SQL queries to validate data integrity in a database table.• Perform Web Services Testing using Postman tool.• Participate in Agile full project life cycle and applied best Quality Assurance knowledge to ensure full Functional Testing of new features that are developed every Sprint and added to Regression Suite.• Participate in all Sprint-related Scrum Ceremonies such as Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Demo, and Sprint Retrospective Meetings.• File defects in JIRA and worked with the development team to ensure testing issues were resolved.• Provide Manual Testing help whenever it was needed as a Cross-Functional team member.• Responsible for performing other duties and responsibilities as required.
