Warm Glow Solutions is named after the Warm Glow economic theory that relates to the glow people feel when helping others. I've always liked that feeling and am proud that I've helped millions others experience the warmth of giving to through my decade with the YourCause /Blackbaud team. Warm Glow Solutions provides consulting services to SaaS companies focused on expanding charitable giving globally.

After Blackbaud acquired YourCause in January of 2019, I am happy to continue leading and growing our partnership programs to expand sales channels and global solutions that deliver innovation to workplace giving, volunteering, and grant making initiatives at corporations around the world.

One of the first 15 employees hired to a rapidly growing startup. Reporting to the CEO, initially held a VP-level role of Director of Business Development with responsibility for business development, sales, and marketing. In 2013 the job evolved and another employee assumed responsibility for sales and marketing. Developed joint initiatives with Sequent's largest and most successful partner, EDS. Worked closely with partner-dedicated sales and technical teams to increase market penetration. Created sales tools, such as initiative briefs and sales guides, to motivate and inform direct sales organization. Organized Sequent Technology Day at EDS, achieving a 35% attendance rate when 3,500 EDS employees attended the event on campus.

Responsible for Global Business Alliances (GBA) organizational communications. Produced an internal newsletter targeted toward Sequent sales force to keep them informed of partner activities and initiatives. Designed GBA intranet site highlighting how our partners fit into a newly developed Sequent sales process. Developed a monthly executive report describing progress against measured corporate alliance goals. Facilitated executive events and alliance awareness campaigns.

Responsible for American Channel Operations organizational communications. Issued weekly internal electronic newsletters and quarterly external newsletters targeted to channel partners. Published channel information on corporate Intranet site. Developed sales guide on how to team successfully with channel partners in the field.
