Implementation of Coveo allowed the business to understand the top customer queries via a web channel. This resulted in developing specific content to answer those questions online versus driving users to call centers. Led a multi-business unit to replace an outdated platform for sales representatives, working with external vendors to plan and redesign the entire experience for improved navigation and 70% content reduction. Feedback noted an “infinitely better,” “easy-to-navigate,” “intuitive” experience. Forward-thinking Strategist: Enabled enterprise training for 300 end-users of analytics reporting tools.
