AnnMarie maintains a high degree of professionalism in both written and verbal communications, including a broad base of experience in public speaking and presentations in a variety of settings, including commission meetings, intra- and interagency meetings, and public hearings. She has extensive experience leading entitlement processes, development code revisions, and government negotiated land sales, leases, and abandonments.
