Trademark Registration and Management for private clients, ranging from software companies to restaurantsConduct initial due diligence and clearance searches for Trademark and Copyright private clients; prepare, draft, file, and maintain Trademark Registrations and Applications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), as well as Copyright Registration Applications, filing the same with the United States Copyright Office; ongoing responsibilities include management and protection of all Trademark and Copyright Registrations, through Cease & Desist issuance and response; monitoring periodically for infringement; corresponding with USPTO Trademark Examiners and responding to any objections or office actions; advise Applicants on the legal procedures and issues involved in Trademark and Copyright Law; work remotely with clients in the ongoing intellectual property portfolio development, including the negotiation and enforcement of various licensing agreements and contracts.

Oversee and manage other attorneys in various types of e-discovery and document review matters; develop litigation strategies and provide supporting documentation and reports to supplement various legal arguments; organize and analyze large numbers of documents for discovery in complex cases, using Relativity platform; review documents including: emails, contracts, spreadsheets, photographs, financial documents, and others; determine which issues apply to each document, and code the documents accordingly; review and determine if any documents are responsive to the relevant legal arguments; determine if privileges apply; perform quality control for other reviewers; create privilege logs, reports, summaries, and document indexes; perform redactions, if necessary; conduct quality control review on other attorneys and paralegals assigned to each project; act as primary point of contact for client
