I have 12+ years of experience in Personal Lines insurance including sales and service, front line underwriting, call center operations, and health care claims adjusting. My specialty is wowing clients by being an adept problem solver with an empathetic ear and a knack for personalizing every interaction. Providing expert knowledge and a personal touch makes for happy clients, and happy clients are loyal clients who bolster a positive brand reputation.My strengths include mastering product knowledge, quickly identifying and fulfilling the needs of the client, building trust, and always working with one adage in mind: treat the client the way I would want my mother to be treated. While most recently working as a health care claims adjuster, I discovered my passion for contributing to the health and well-being of those suffering from injury and illness. It is extremely rewarding to facilitate in the rehabilitation and healing process. To this end, I am working towards completing the Rehabilitation Benefits Administration Certificate at Seneca College. Currently, I work at Dynacare conducting medical history questionnaires in the life insurance risk division.
