Developed and executed strategies to increase awareness of MetLife’s employee benefits offerings; drive call/quote activity and closing ratios; and increase market share in the small business segment. In plainer words, I led a team of marketers who designed campaigns to engage benefits brokers and buyers. On a daily basis, we created strategies, crafted messages, and developed content that cut through clutter and drove clicks, downloads and leads.
