I have also led teams responsible for promotions, business processes, and sales, serving clients such as Abbott Labs, Nestle, Quaker Oats, Kikkoman, FBI, Kraft Foods, and others. I have ensured compliance with legal and branding standards by working within the framework of legal and compliance guidelines and maintaining a consistent brand tone. I have also collaborated in the development of the publishing department for training materials, resulting in expedited delivery, cost reduction, product quality control, and increased revenue.Highlights of the role are: • Established and maintained a highly respected collection of training materials in the target industry, often called "safety's secret weapon" in unsolicited testimonials.• Played a key role in the growth of formal classroom/virtual training and publishing businesses, generating over $10M/ year.
