I have also led teams responsible for promotions, business processes, and sales, serving clients such as Abbott Labs, Nestle, Quaker Oats, Kikkoman, FBI, Kraft Foods, and others. I have ensured compliance with legal and branding standards by working within the framework of legal and compliance guidelines and maintaining a consistent brand tone. I have also collaborated in the development of the publishing department for training materials, resulting in expedited delivery, cost reduction, product quality control, and increased revenue.Highlights of the role are: • Established and maintained a highly respected collection of training materials in the target industry, often called "safety's secret weapon" in unsolicited testimonials.• Played a key role in the growth of formal classroom/virtual training and publishing businesses, generating over $10M/ year.

I oversaw the design and legal review of training materials, including content, layout, infographics, and organization of industry-leading training books. I have also managed instructional designers, graphic artists, editors, and publishing processes. I have supervised training and customer service teams, instilled deep adherence to automation and processes, eliminated waste, and fueled efficiencies for quick scaling. I created and governed strong emergency response protocols and process refinements for crisis management to prevent labor losses and downtime, resulting in increased revenues. Key achievements of the role are: • Executed and led over 300 training courses annually for clients, including FBI, USPS, City of NY, Pepsi, Kraft, local police departments, and the SCOTUS, using top event management software CVENT.• Drove engagement across social media platforms, trade shows, direct mail, and outreach activities.• Rented email lists, wrote database SQL scripts, merged/purged/removed duplicate files, negotiated bulk mail rates, and tracked over 250k direct-mail pieces monthly.• Facilitated training and trainer certifications for field crews, CEOs, and chief justices, sometimes requiring trainers with Top Secret clearance for aerospace and FBI clients.
