This meant always creating a collaborative, highperforming, accountable environment where consultants and clients wanted to work with us.- Assisted various scientific and medical membership organizations in assessing their overallbusiness strategies and recommending alternative approaches to the market and productdevelopment, including but not limited to, defining and launching new products and services,flipping journals, and otherwise increasing their Open Access options.- Conducted various data analyses on OA activity and revenue in specific subspecialties,determining OA uptake percentages in hybrid journals, APC trends by geography or subspecialty,and financial scenario planning for potential strategic options.
