Worked for Nike for 17 years. During that time held many positions. The longest position I held was 8 years as the Director of Consumer Services, Nike's inbound (1-800) call center.

Nominated and elected to the Board of Directors while still working at Nike as Director of Consumer Affairs.

Responsibilities included leading and managing Nike's US Call Center for Consumer interactions which included phone, email, chat, snailmail as well as service and support for nike.com. Responsible for the outsourced call center partner, staffing, customer satisfaction, technology, service, as well as many other key factors.
