Leading GTM efforts for Security Solutions.I develop new security solution initiatives and the materials to support them and bring them to market with a broad cross-functional group of stakeholders at Google Cloud. I lead the efforts for Google Cloud’s Web App and API Protection solution and our first compliance blueprints PCI on GKE and PCI on Anthos.

Securing the cloud.In the time I have been with Google Cloud Professional Services I created and ran the Global Security Practice, including helping create our first security offerings. I helped deliver these offerings globally while training local team members. I also manage and lead the North America Security and Public Sector Consulting team. As the principal security architect for Nike’s BISO I consult with technical and business teams to ensure online consumer experiences meet security standards and are in compliance with privacy policies. I get the opportunity to lead initiatives that establish new global security solutions, services and standards. I also work with core business and technology teams to identify required future state security capabilities and collaborate with internal information security architecture teams to align on strategic security roadmaps.

I am on a team of architects who are creating and driving the strategy for highly scalable services that are consumed by customers from Nike designers to Nike factory partners. Solutions deal with highly sensitive data, which is taken into consideration be it a cloud based solution or a traditional data center. I am working on defining and establishing DevOps patterns and practices. I provide consulting on new technology, architecture designs, cloud (AWS) best practices and unicorn herding.
