I represent companies and executives facing criminal cartel, civil antitrust, or complex white-collar investigations or litigation. I draw on my two decades at the Department of Justice to provide insights on antitrust agency and DOJ priorities, goals, and policies to assist companies and individuals facing domestic, international, and multi-agency exposure. My extensive experience with the Antitrust Division's leniency program both as a DOJ prosecutor and manager and in private practice allows me to navigate clients through the leniency self-disclosure decision and application process. I advise companies on antitrust risk and compliance and conduct antitrust training. I have extensive recent experience representing companies and individuals in criminal and civil no-poach investigations and litigation. I also handle state and federal price-gouging issues.
