I have managed design in start-ups, mid-size ASICs, large internationals, also outsourced IP design, led major IP debug efforts (analysis, root cause, solution, rapidly deployment), all successful, under intense time pressure. Cross-functional 3 site team resolved all issues (8 Mo, NXP 2015)➢ Led as IC architect a small 5 site / 3 continent design team (Ntag312 w/ I2C, energy harvesting) from spec to product release (NXP 2014)➢ While also BU Tech Leader & project manager, analyzed, fixed several design failures, shipped to Avery Denison on time EM4124 (passive UHF RFID, best-in-class read range, 7 Mo, EM Micro 2011)➢ As analog design manager/designer/test resource, designed, validated Higgs3 UHF RFID. Transistor RF front end and best-in-class read range (Alien 2008)➢ Designed, achieved functional silicon of 5.8GHz RX / 6.7GHz UWB TX passive RFID tag-on-a-chip incl. antennas (Tagent 2010)➢ Led debug of 140nm MTP (long term data loss). Team from fab, PLs, external IP vendor devised fixes to 3 root causes (5 Mo, NXP 2014)
