About Ann O'Neill

”Social Worker” is what every aptitude test I’ve ever taken tells me I should be! My natural talents align with helping and serving people. For example, I can patiently listen to people's fears about making a major life change, such as moving into a senior living community.As a team leader, I coach team members to challenge themselves to grow personally and professionally. Overall, I love to help others overcome their obstacles, so they fulfill their goals, visions, or dreams! I am extremely patient, empathetic, intuitive, and an excellent listener. I also love to get to know people’s stories - where they come from and what has made them who they are. One of my greatest gifts is connecting quickly and deeply, as well as to be able to recall what I have learned about whomever I am helping. I recognize each person for the unique and individual human being they are. I love to build friendships, to educate, and to impart what I have learned as I mentor others. I have been told I am a “natural teacher.” Thoughtful in my interpersonal skills, I choose words carefully, as I think before I speak. Time to reflect, along with soliciting various points of view, is my practice, when problem-solving.
