- Providing support for the sales consultants, I followed up missing timesheets and reports and assisted tutors with the online procedures.
- I assisted accounts by taking payments and entering invoices onto the database for payment, requesting copies of invoices when needed.
- I monitored stationery and washroom supplies and ordered when necessary. I organised a new cleaning contract.
- Ensured critical and general maintenance was arranged, security and fire alarms serviced and exterior lighting installed.
- I produced two in-house newsletters; one for staff and one for tutors.
- I added relevant news stories to social media sites and monitored responses.
