Development of a team of 10-20 Apple Advisors with a focus on daily metrics goals, customer and developer satisfaction, and procedural competence. Responsible for identifying and developing Advisor talent through behavioral coaching.Additionally, during my time in this role, I have acted as the Hiring Manager and Team Manager Point of Contact (TMPOC) for multiple requisitions and transitional classes. This project role includes working with Recruiting to make hiring decisions and facilitate interviews, supporting new Advisors as their transitional manager, and working with the Training Coordinator to facilitate tools access and mentoring. I have also been instrumental in development of the TMPOC role as a sustaining program.

Responsible for the heath and success of the Apple Training Program at multiple partner sites in the US and Canada. • Managing the AppleCare training program at each site, ensuring all training metrics and program guidelines met AppleCare standards, including evaluating the effectiveness of the overall training program and individual performance of instructors and Training leadership.• Leading implementation and evaluation of AppleCare training programs and sharing best practices to improve partner training.• Regularly meeting with partners remotely and onsite (domestic/internationally) to keep sites current on business objectives and immediate and long-term training needs.

Delivery of New Advisor, transitional, and continuing education training, in both onsite and virtual classroom settings. Specializing in a variety of soft skills curricula, as well as technical support and product training.
