Ann jointly founded David & Goliath Builders / DG Remodeling with her husband David after completing her Bachelors Degree in Mass Communications-Journalism/Public Relations in 1985. Ann's enthusiasm and excitement for home building is evident in everything she does. Ann is passionate about making the home building process fun and exciting. Ann wants all of her customers to know that building & remodeling homes is not just a job at David & Goliath Builders / DG Remodeling---IT IS WHAT WE ALL LOVE TO DO! Ann enjoys the satisfaction and creativity of being involved in making each and every project develop from drawings all the way to completion. She is one of the friendly faces you will meet at all of our model homes. She also works with clients in our selection center to help them with color and product selections. She handles all the marketing, public relations, employee relations and business operations for the comapny. Ann is committed to staying well educated on building materials & techniques. Ann has achieve her Certifed Construction Professional designation from the Metropolitan Builders Association of Greater Milwaukee (MBA). Ann is an active member of the building industry. She serves on many committees at the MBA and has received numerous sales and marketing awards. Ann is a member of the Executive Board and Board of Directors for the MBA and is the President of the assocation in 2009. She is also on the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin Builders Assocation and the National Assocation of Home Builders. In addition Ann sits on the Ethics and By Laws Committee at NARI Milwaukee.

Ann Rodrigues was the president in 2009 of the Metropolitan Builders Assocation of Greater Milwaukee (MBA). The MBA is a non-profit and non-partisan assocation which represents the building industry and is affiliated with the Wisconsin Builders Assocation and National Assocation of Home Builders. The association develops and offers education and benefits, establishes business ethics and industry standards, sponsors promotions for housing and housing products and provides a means for professional and social activities. The assocation seeks to interact with all governments, publics, organizations and interests, so as to improve the public perception and knowledge of the building industry and enhance the socio-economic well being of our members and for the betterment of the industry and the public it serves.

Provided Customer Support for the 13 Joint Venture Offices/Companies located across the country. These Joint Venture locations were separate companies from EMS that were basically dealerships of our manufacturing software. I was responsible for provided all the marketing materials, software training materials and sales support necessary for the these joint companies to be sucessful in marketing, selling and supporting our EMS software. I helped to coordinate software modifications and support as well.

Provided customer support for clients of AIM Business Solutions that had Olivetti computer systems. Conducted training classes at the customer's office and in house at our facility. Basically assisted our clients with the implementation of these computer systems into their businesses. Worked mainly with Law Offices.

Worked in the public relations office at UW-Waukesha as an intern all the way through college. Responsibilities included writing and distributing news releases, working on producing the time table each semester, help to produce brochures, help to coordinate events, help to raise money for the alumni assocation, etc.
