My experience as an Associate Broker in Georgia involves daily management of sales agents, contract review, training, and compliance to the Georgia Real Estate Commission. I recently have managed a portfolio of single family homes for large group investors, corporations, and REITs. A few of my associations have been with Harry Norman Realtors in Atlanta, Prudential Atlanta Realty, and Prudential Relocation, on site at The Coca-Cola Company, and Invitation Homes. The customer rates me with five stars because I get the job done, no matter how deep the issue is that needs resolution, and with a caring attitude.With the new market emergence of on line sales, I find mixed emotions regarding the lack of face to face contact and warm interaction when listing a home. Often the customer desires the historical listing and sales approach and traditional time line of home inspection and decision making prior to the closing of the sale. In my approach, I offer either traditional or on line transaction process. My goal is the satisfaction of the customer or client and their belief that they got the return on their investment that they originally set out to accomplish!Whether buying a home for the family, or for a buy and hold long term investment, each customer deserves the experience and knowledge that will bring the best return. First time home buyers need more information and explanation of the process, and I take delight in sharing my years of experience to give peace of mind.
