Lead $5M and $6M programs including oversight of multiple US and international project teams (FTE, US contractors, offshore/onsite vendor resources) in the execution of technical and business strategic efforts. Monitor all aspects of a program including estimation, sourcing, budgeting, scheduling, quality management, implementation, risk management and regulatory requirements. Control scope and change management issues for the program. Establish metrics for measuring key program deliverables. Planned and managed the transition of the API development teams to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Have completed three PI Planning sessions with the six development teams, including leading one session from the Chennai, India office.

Responsible for managing implementation of technology projects for the Safety, Security & Environmental (SS&E) business units. Led the Enablon program, an enterprise-level IT implementation from contract signature through to production implementation. Using Agile development and project management methodology, the Enablon Metrics module for the Environmental business unit was delivered within six months. This project was key to improving recycling efforts, which led to accolades of a “Top U.S. Airline in Newsweek’s 2012 Green Rankings”. As Scrum Master facilitated the development and roll-out of a $500K project for management of employee injury on duty incidents. This project replaced five stand- alone systems at airport and maintenance bases worldwide. This project provided one application for all SS&E events and issues, plus annual savings of $600k.

Responsible for implementation of Agresso Enterprise Resource Planning software at customer locations. Responsibilities include development of project plan, definition of strategic implications of the project and determination of requirements to achieve a successful implementation. Lead, guide and mentor the project team members throughout the implementation phase. Involved in the daily management of the project to ensure adherence to the plan. Communication to all project team members, including project sponsors and stakeholders. Currently managing implementation of seven ERP modules at a state Supreme Court department. This project requires coordination of resource within four different companies, with different levels of ERP experience.

Responsible for the timely implementation of Sabre’s Travel Data Warehousing projects. The project team utilized agile project management best practices. Reviewed and finalized business requirements and use cases with subject matter experts for requirements validation and sign offs. Implemented Portfolio Management to optimize allocation of resources across all business units’ Data Warehouse projects. Responsible for development and management of a Request for Proposal (RFP) to outsource a data warehouse project. Facilitated development of user interface and reporting requirements. Completed the project, including distribution and negotiation of the RFP, plus the development and release of the product in seven months.

Manager, Sales SupportResponsible for a team of employees that provide support to TN Global Account employees. Support includes reporting, project management, communication, and administration. Account ManagerResponsible for maintaining a strong relationship between Sabre and Maritz Travel, that results in revenue growth, profitability, and long-term account retention. Identify opportunities for new Sabre products and subsequently negotiate and implement product contracts. Completed the sale and managed the implementation of Sabre CentralCommand (back office/ reporting), which resulted in a five-year contract worth $387,000. Completed the sale of QIK Developer licenses and an ATS consulting contract for a customized Turbo Sabre application. These contracts produced revenue of $250,000. Managed the successful transition of Maritz Corporate Travel (TQ3) locations to CWT.

Managed the CRM/ Travel Data Warehouse projects. Directed the integration of the various organizations component project plans, and managed the coordinated efforts for customer deliverables. Implemented the appropriate methods, processes, and tools, including change, issue, risk and quality management. Led a joint development, marketing, and vendor team forum, which resulted in the development of a complete CRM project plan.

Guided the development of a Program Office in the London regional office. Provided mentoring to project managers in all areas of project management, including creation of project plans, reporting, change, and issue management. Successfully completed the first phase of a project to migrate customers in Europe to a new network platform. The project was completed under budget and provided annual savings of $900,000.

Managed the successful completion of Business Simulation Testing and Millennium Transition programs for Sabre Travel Network and Abacus, from the Singapore office. Managed project planning efforts, including completion of project charter, project plan, and test scripts. Utilized object-oriented analysis and design to model and implement the end-to-end test environment Completed the Abacus Y2K Business Simulation test project from initiation through to test validation in six months.

Performed needs analysis and wrote corresponding product requirements for enhancements to the Turbo Sabre product line. Responsible for managing technical aspects of new product development. Managed the Turbo Sabre marketing department for six-weeks. During this time, the team completed the annual project and budget planning, plus implemented a new product release.
