As a Key Account Manager I have the overall responsibility for the specific client relationship for a number of customers. I act as team leader for the client team with both strategical and economical responsibilities, both for planning, execution and followup.

These customers have a wide range in type of operation and they all have different needs and requests.I am also functioning as project manager for implementation projects and development projects. I have as an example been responsible for the development of different online booking solutions and with implementation project for new customers including delivery of the system, system set up and full service. The implementations also included integration of multiple external systems, e.g. payment solution, lock system integration and web solutions. One challenging project has been for a new route with complex international authority requirement, and an extremely tight deadline for a customer with no previous experience of this type of business, thus creating high requirements for expertise from the project manager. I was also acting as project manager for all design projects, which includes parallel multi-site projects with, in some cases, subcontractors. I lead and planned the design work from concept to delivery and hand over to development team. I was working as responsible developer for reports, and managed both development and administration with Cognos software, including database development and data warehousing solution in Oracle. I designed and built up the first version of the reporting system which is a part of the company’s gaming platform.

Summer extra as cashier

I worked with various tasks, from installing software and managing IT support for the personnel to converting forms to electronic format. I also developed a time reporting system in Visual Basic. I worked extra during the next semester and maintained the reporting system.
