I was also acting as project manager for all design projects, which includes parallel multi-site projects with, in some cases, subcontractors. I lead and planned the design work from concept to delivery and hand over to development team. As part of the market intelligence work I was participating in several international exhibitions such as ICEi and AIG and did several benchmarking reports of competitor products.At the time the company started to use SCRUM, but it was not fully implemented in game development.
