At a high level, corporate planning tries to best equalize plant capacity and customer demand to optimize production, reduce inventory and costs, increase delivery performance. Corporate Planning creates monthy and yearly forecasts to track company performance, determine production schedules using historical capabilities, capacities, and future market analysis. We are also responsible for continually tracking and reporting bookings, billings, inventory, and production of all ArcelorMittal facilities.
