Finding, qualifying and recruiting IT Professionals for international Clients.Participation in international recruitment projects from the IT fieldMain responsibilities:- Recruitment for permanent and contract roles in the EU countries;- International recruitment / headhunting / direct search;- Performing search and selection activities in IT projects;- Cooperation with Clients;- Conducting interviews with Candidates;- Creating competence reports after interviews;- New Business Development and Account Management

- active search for new candidates: Direct Search, headhunting, social media, job offers, etc.- performance of a whole recruitment process for senior positions (mainly in areas of: IT, Sales, Finance & Controlling, Management);- creating of job offers;- CVs selection, skills evaluation;- phone and f2f interviews;- after-placement support;- New Business Development and Key Account Management;- coldcalling, acquiring new vacancies;- sales negotiations and contact conclusions;- Employer Branding;- internal recruitment processes.

- active search for new candidates, mainly from the branches of: general IT, ERP, SAP, Sales;- selection and evaluation of CVs;- headhunting;- telephone interviews (presentation of the job offers, assessment of skills, negotiations of candidates’ preferences, objections handling);- advisory services and after-placement support;- New Business Development – acquisition of new clients, mainly from the German-speaking countries from the fields of general IT, ERP, SAP and Sales;- development of the clients’ portfolio and taking care of the Key Accounts– mainly contact at a management level with departments of IT, Sales and HR;- presentation and promotion of the company’s services;- coldcalling, acquiring new positions (permanent and contract ones);- delivering appropriate candidates for vacancies, presenting anonymous profiles of our candidates, Candidate Marketing, objections handling, arrangement of interviews;- negotiations of the terms and conditions.- coordination of the 4-members resource team;- training and coaching;- fixing the targets, deciding about the main current approach, Project Management, work with deadlines;- creating detailed job offer specifications for the team;- internal recruitment;- results evaluation and report.
