I leverage my MBA and my skills in customer relationship management (CRM), strategy, and business development to drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.In my current role, I oversee all aspects of operations, including customer success, onboarding and implementation, support, clinical, IT and compliance. I work closely with the product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure that our solutions meet the needs and expectations of our customers, ranging from individual clinicians to large health systems. I also collaborate with external stakeholders, such as payers, regulators, and industry associations, to advocate for the adoption and integration of Mirah's technology in the mental health space.
