In this role I support 2 Vice President level staff and the variety of needs they have to maintain and grow their business. Within the Older Adult Services programs, I am responsible for working with a team to catalog, update and distribute policies and procedures in line with new regulations to statewide team, manage the complex calendar and travel needs of the VP and help ensure projects are tracked and moving forward with the teams. For the VP of Compliance and Risk Management, I offer project management on tasks related to Licensing enterprise wide, background studies for licensed programs and administratively supporting the Property team which oversees 200+ properties that LSS has in their portfolio.Balancing these tasks requires building trusting relationships and in depth understanding of how a variety of people best operate to meet their goals.

I manage a caseload of up to 110 clients with a variety of needs and support both them and the volunteer companion they are matched with. I work to recruit new clients and volunteers into the program and support their unique needs and diverse perspectives to find the best match for service. I also provide all needed data and statistics to UCare to report ongoing successes and challenges and maintain and funder or regulatory requirements. Our aim is to grow this program to include more clients and potentially take this model of care we have in partnership with UCare and expand it to include other health systems working with seniors in the community.

Management duties including screening, scheduling, orienting, supervising and recognizing approximately 400 volunteers annually together with a team of 4 coworkersProvide outreach and recruitment to potential volunteer populations including individuals, corporate and community groups, youth, colleges and universitiesManage all data entry and report generation from Raiser's Edge Database while ensuring all data is entered in a consistent and accurate mannerFacilitate all administrative needs for the department

In this role it was critical to build trusting relationships with all team members in the production - from the actors to the shop staff to leadership. Each production also had a very unique culture to it that needed to be understood and nurtured from day one so all artists were able to show up and produce their best work. Day to day tasks included anticipating potential production issues and resolving with project staff, often with innovative thinking. Organizing and conducting weekly business meetings. Coordinating multiple departments schedules to maximize rehearsal and event efficiency. Working with large and varied teams to ensure efficient and safe rehearsal and performance activity.
