I have been a political observer, policy analyst, campaign strategist and commentator for my entire adult life. Most consistently aligning myself with the Republican Party, I am a fiscal conservative, a national security hawk, and a social libertarian. I believe that the trillions in national debt represents a serious crisis that threatens future generations of Americans. I believe in "peace through strength," and that the best way to prevent war is through multilateral diplomacy backed by unquestioned U.S. military superiority. Finally, I feel that more often than not, government should stay our of our personal lives.
