Communications lead for Indian Super League club Mumbai City FC, under the aegis of City Football Group. Responsible for managing media relations, internal & external communication strategies, national & international media outreach, crisis management and stakeholder engagement.Involved in planning, budgeting and execution of communications, marketing & content strategies, including selection of external service providers, to build club’s holistic presence while leading editiorial and audio-visual production at the club.Involved in managing club’s efforts in fan engagement & gathering fan insights, planning and execution of partner and club marketing activations, and involved in setting up club’s Esports division.

Involved in planning and executing the stadium media operations for all six venues of the tournament with close coordination with other departments of the LOC and FIFA at a central level. Further, assumed the role of Venue Media Officer for Navi Mumbai for the duration of the tournament, responsible for all media matters of the venue including set-up and smooth functionality of venue media areas and working closely with the counterpart FIFA Media Officer.

Led and executed the digital campaign for Indian Premier League franchise Kings XI Punjab during IPL season 9 in 2016. Apart from social media, the key responsibility areas included website management and fan engagement for the franchise.

Key accounts worked on are Castrol Activ (2014 FIFA World Cup), Garnier Men, Rajasthan Royals (Indian Premier League 2015), Reliance Digital, and SAB Miller.

Worked on the rebranding of Star Sports India and the Castrol Cricket account as a part of the digital marketing team.

Worked in the Digital PR team, handling Online Response Management for portfolios like Godrej, Ahmedabad State Metro, Star CJ Alive and Pizza Express.

Sports desk reporter for local sports, covering events like the Harris Shield and Giles Shield, the Savio Cup, Tour de India among others with 11 individual by-lines.
