Business Analyst
Current• Conceptualizes new products or features for development based on customer awareness and/or research. • Lead App Discoveries from the front, and generate, grow, connect, and build ideas into products, from business to technical aspects. • Design functional and easy-to-use experiences across apps (Mobile, Consumer, ERP etc.), run service design workshops with key users to develop screen flow and designs.• Act as the voice of customer (and end user) and provides perspective on value of the product roadmap and backlog. Identifies enhancements and owns the product backlog.• Research, define, prioritize, and document product requirements, user stories and design for feature enhancements for existing and new applications.• Working closely with the Design (UI/UX) Team to create user flows and wireframes to visualize the app experience.• Attend sprint planning meetings and participate in backlog refinement.• Review and test prototypes and iterations of the app.• Working in agile development by providing feedback on usability and user experience throughout the development process.• Conduct user testing sessions and analyze user feedback.• Preparing reports and presentations to communicate app performance to the client.
