Responsibility to handle Human Capital, General Service & Finance, Accounting Department in gold mining project at Sumbawa, West Nusa Tenggara

Directly responsible to Project Manager and Functional Manager (Accounting Manager, Finance Manager, Tax Manager, Budget Manager).- Managing accounting section in processing data and financial information to produce financial reports to management with accurately and on-time.- Plan, coordinate and control cash flow of the company, especially management of accounts receivable and debt, thus ensuring the availability of funds for the company's operations and financial health conditions.- Plan and coordinate corporate budgeting, and control the use of the budget to ensure effective and efficient use of funds to support the company's operational activities.- Plan and coordinate financial and accounting systems and procedures, and control the implementation, and managing financial risk.- Coordinate and planning of financial analysis to provide input from the financial side for management in making decisions.

Directly responsible to FAT Dept. Head, with job desc :- Review & Manage General Ledger- Provide Daily Site Performance Report (Profit/Loss Operation Report). Make an analysis with the variance from plan. - Cost & Revenue Control- Provide Capital Expenditure Report- Provide Master Budget Report

Directly responsible to FAT Dept. Head, with job desc :- AR Control & Monitoring- AP Control & Monitoring- Provide Tax Reconciliation- Tax Reporting- Cashflow Management

Directly responsible to Area Sales Manager.Conduct as bancassurance specialist and develops, manages and expands premier customer relationships at service levels that exceed customer expectations of this important and profitable segment base on wealth management services.
