The Lighthouse Project India provides mentorship opportunities for the adolescent children belonging to underprivileged sections of the society. Have been a mentor to a student to guide her through academic as well as personal life.

As the first assistant to the National Development Team, I got the responsibility of setting expectations for the role. As an eight-member team at the National level, we managed the funds for the National team as well as assisting the 7 city teams, and managing donors. Every year, the budget was close to 100 cr which was sourced from Foundations, Corporate Social Responsibility, HNIs etc.to fund for the Fellowship and NGO's projects. Reports were prepared to report the improvement the Fellowship has made, on a half-yearly or annual basis as per the MoU agreed with the donor, comprising each Fellow's class improvements who were sponsored by that Donor. A backbone team to the NGO, we also focussed on implementing new strategies in funding, that can help Teach For India explore new projects to work for the cause. As an assistant, I was responsible for:• Database Management: Salesforce was widely used in the organization, and in our team, it was used to record details of the donors, funds, and the stages in which they are.• Reporting: Managed the reporting process for various donors across all the city teams. • Donor Relationship: Curated donor engagement programs for organizations like Wells Fargo, Deutsche Bank, Deloitte etc. • Inducting interns: Conducted orientation for Interns while inducting them to the team.
