Dedicated Primary School teacher with 5 years’ experience teaching across KS1 and leading whole school subjects, with a passion to create a positive and imaginative learning environment for children. As a committed and experienced teaching professional, I love working with children and contributing to their academic, social and emotional development. I am skilled at developing new ways to encourage children, while challenging and inspiring them to deepen their knowledge and understanding. I am passionate about engaging and child-centred learning, whilst focusing on individual needs. I enjoy working alongside other adults and have worked with SEN, behaviour, trauma/attachment and EAL children. I was able to demonstrate my ability to lead and mentor through a range of leadership roles in a fast-paced, ever-changing school. I have experience in leading, motivating and developing others knowledge and understanding, whether this be through a lead role, including developing and leading INSET, or working alongside a year group partner.
