She was a founding member of the team that created the first SaaS technology platform serving as the operating system for the management of the conception of millions of In Vitro Fertilization babies. Before that, she founded her own consulting firm - Ann Watson Consulting. She spent her earlier career in a variety of positions in fashion and marketing, including CMO and SVP at Sperry; SVP of E-commerce, Marketing, & Communications at John Hardy; and VP of Marketing & Communications at Ralph Lauren’s Club Monaco brand. Ann received her Bachelor of Science from Syracuse University, and later earned certificates from Yale University and Harvard Business School.. She is currently getting a Certificate in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies and Research from the California Institute of Integral Studies.
