• Accountable for daily bank reporting process, including the adherence to multiple SLAs throughout each day• Analyzes and reports improvements and directions for various business partners and upper level management• Ensures flow-through of trades and foreign currency exchanges; troubleshoots quick resolution of reported issues• Supports Treasury cash management and settlement teams with transaction, reporting and access issues• Validates MT Swift messages report correctly, correct errors and monitor the Swift network for completed messages.• Audits and researches SOX requests/requirements on corporate treasury system for senior management• Conducts analysis on currency inconsistences and fraud investigations for future improvement and growth• Creates and maintains documentation on current and new procedures; provides training on documented processes• Troubleshoot application functional issues and coordinate issue resolution with development, technical and operations teams• Analyses, planning and implementing of process improvements, automations and new system implementations.
