It coincided with my daughters starting kindergarten and pre-school and gave me the ability to pick them up from school every day which was an important priority for my family. Having my own business allowed me the flexibility to be there for my young children when it mattered most.Since then, I have worked with many associations and dozens of boards of directors, officers, presidents, committees, task forces, sponsors, speakers, leaders and hundreds of members. I have the keen skills and acumen to work with a range of personalities and issues.
