I am a motivated person who is passionate about continually improving the customer’s experience. By nature I create a working environment the supports the creation of ideas and solutions to deliver results, and realise business strategy and outcomes. With many years experience at a senior level in both private and public sector, I have developed exceptional analytical and interpersonal skills. I have a reputation for delivery and being a “safe pair of hands”. I can manage teams effectively; have worked with highly skilled technical groups to bridge the gap between business and technology. I am accomplished at getting the best out of people due to my coaching and mentoring style. Many of the roles I have performed have been in the Information Technology sector and Corporate Management. These roles have encompassed being General Manager of Corporate Services and Manager of Information Services for Sport & Recreation New Zealand, Delivery Project Manager at IBM for a major bank, and Manager of IBM’s Customer Service Centre. My business adaptability has been demonstrated throughout my career, including owning and managing a successful small retail business and now a successful Building Business.Quite simply, I deliver on what I take on. I am performance oriented, focused and successful in the roles I get involved in, and I produce the results organisations want.
