I help people, teams, and organizations creative efficient processes and procedures, build stronger relationships and culture, and prioritize equitable resources both internally and externally. I am currently strengthening Sonoma Land Trust's conservation mission through streamlined and efficient operations, human resources administration, and recruitment. I work closely with all of SLT's departments but as a key support role for the Finance, Philanthropy, and Communications teams. My background also includes regenerative/biodynamic agriculture on local vegetable, fruit, and flower farms and event management for corporate, public, and private events up to 200 hundred people. I am a certified paralegal with experience in intellectual property law, fair housing law, and civil law. I will receive my Notary Public commission this summer (2023).
