Program Director for a residential substance use facility which treats substance use and mental health. The program is for women, women with children under 6 or pregnant whom may also be dealing with legal issues, intimate partner violence, or DCFS cases. Via Avanta offers women a chance to heal in an environment of safety, respect, and dignity. While learning to manage their illnesses, they build interpersonal and life skills, accountability for their actions, while engaging in communal activities, from caring for children to maintaining the residence, to working in the kitchen and attending groups and learning to keep a daily schedule with structure.

Clinical Team Supervisor coordinates and supervises therapists, case managers, and nursing staff who are providing care to FSP consumers. Supervisor provides clinical supervision for all staff including therapists obtaining hours.
