• The need for further education and vocation training for Namibia was identified. • Negotiated an exclusive mandate with the University of North West to present accredited short courses in Namibia. These courses were developed and presented in Namibia by subject experts employed by NWU. • Secured the Thomas International Psychometric Analysis for Namibia and Angola. This enables BSE to test the natural ability of employees, to establish the training needs analysis for the individuals employees in companies, • which then provided BSE with the opportunity to present the correct training courses to potential candidates and thus improve human capital for the clients. • Trained in using Thomas International Management systems for training and talent aquisition.• Clients include multi-nationals such as NBL, De Beers, Alexander Forbes, Cenored, Nampower, RCC, the Shoprite Group and BP Namibia.
