Marketing and PR, a field often treated with disregard (after all, everyone knows soccer and marketing), or even suspected of bad intentions (the media lies!) - has fascinated me for many years ❤️ At university I met a wise lecturer who got me interested in this field, and it has remained so until today.🎯 I have experience in creating and implementing communication strategies for brands. I've created several Digital, ATL, BTL campaigns for brands from different industries in B2C area, including social media channels and performance marketing. I can say about myself that I have project management skills and I can turn a vaguely defined vision into a strategy and implement it. I am known for always successfully completing projects.Some of the most important projects I have completed are:📢 Rebranding of mBank in Czech Republic and SlovakiaI supervised and coordinated the work of an international team of over a dozen people. In record time of 3 months we successfully executed the rebranding in the following areas: transaction system, website, internal & external communication of all products and services.📢 Repositioning campaign of PizzaPortal (now Glovo) - the first e-commerce portal for food ordering in Poland (multi-channel digital & ATL campaign), which changed brand perception on the food ordering market, improved awareness among new users as well as penetration among existing users.📢 First ATL image campaign in PKP S.A. - ATL/BTL/Digital campaign executed in record time, taking into account the rigors of the Public Procurement Act. The main goal was to change the perception of the PKP brand and sell tickets on new routes thanks to the introduction of Pendolino, Newag and PESA trains to the tracks.🔛 Currently I'm a Client Service Director in a PR agency 💬 and I manage a team of about 20 consultants specializing in Public Relations and Employer Branding.     SELECTED SUCCESSES:🎯 A repositioning campaign of the first e-commerce portal for ordering food in Poland - PizzaPortal - I was responsible for designing and implementing a campaign that aimed to change the brand perception on the food ordering market (a portal for ordering various food, not only pizza), improve awareness among new users and penetration among existing ones. I realized two 360-degree campaigns (You click and you eat, GIF me food) in TV / OOH / Radio / PR / Digital channels and activities in the area of restaurant marketing helped to achieve the goals. Aided brand awareness increased by 12 percentage points, spontaneous brand awareness increased by 8 points, and the total recognition of PizzaPortal ads was 11% higher than that of Pyszne.pl (the largest competitor in the market).
