Hello, I am Sado Anointing. I regard myself as a catalyst for transformation. I see potentials and work to help them bloom. As an entrepreneur, I work with aspiring and budding entrepreneurs to help them understand and then apply themselves to sound business principles. The objective is to help them see what works and then use that to start, scale and grow their businesses. I achieve this through mentorships, capacity building, trainings and personal consultation.In medicine, being a family physician, shields me from seeing only the biological aspects of health problems. I also appreciate the social problems that aggravate them. I keep learning global principles that help to improve the quality of life of my patients and then creatively see how to apply them in my local context. As a leader, I engage the tools of personal discovery, potential development and social entrepreneurship to help young people around me. I'm driven to see young people grow as they understand and clearly define their purpose and then take responsibility for their leadership potentials.
