My primary role focuses on franchise sales and support for GST Suvidha Kendra franchises across India, where I deliver comprehensive product knowledge and address prospective franchisees' queries, guiding them toward informed decisions. By proactively generating leads, conducting market research, and implementing effective closing strategies, I consistently meet and exceed sales targets. Additionally, I prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations that highlight service benefits to potential clients. I handle negotiation and contract finalization with precision, securing favorable agreements that strengthen client partnerships. My expertise extends to lead generation and CRM utilization, where I track sales activities, manage client data, and support data-informed decisions. Post-sales support is a priority, as I ensure new franchisees receive a seamless onboarding experience and early operational guidance. I also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer support, to coordinate campaign strategies and ensure the consistent delivery of services to clients.
