- Identification and exploitation of R&D+i opportunities: support organizations at identifying and exploring internal and external R&D and innovation opportunities and its further framework in current financial and tax incentives;- Development of applications and monitoring of projects: preparation of applications within the different incentive frameworks – Portugal 2020 (Incentive System for Internationalisation of SMEs, Qualification of SMEs, R&D, Innovation), Horizon 2020, Sifide, etc. – and support, during execution stage, to the projects’ management, ensuring that every mandatory actions are taken in due time.- Business Acceleration: support the definition of the Business Model, development of the Business Plan, Entrepreneurship incentives, business “elevator” pitch.- Client management and partnership building: proximity monitoring, within a continuous cooperation logic and based on a win-win relation; identification of potential business and / or R&D partners following a complementary know-how’s approach;- Organizational Innovation – support in developing a competitive marketing and / or communication strategy; internal and external communication; brand management; collaborative innovation;- Training: certified trainer with proven experience in providing training in marketing, communication and entrepreneurship.
