My biggest passion is to help clients increase the outcome of their software development efforts and to produce better results in the end. I'm rather agnostic when it comes to the means to get there, but the concepts that seems to work best so far, are based in the agile domain.Through my long experience of various software development efforts during the past decades, I’ve learned how effective software development should be conducted in order to benefit both customers and suppliers. I truly believe in the agile way and have led and coached several agile transformations for different companies, on enterprise, department and team level. To be a better coach you frequently need to practice what you coach. Over the years I’ve worked in agile projects as ScrumMaster and Product Owner, in both local and distributed Scrum teams. I also regularly give classes in Scrum and the concepts of agile development methods.Specialties: Coaching, mentoring and training in agile methods and concepts, change leadership in agile transformations, organizational development, software process improvement.
